Saskferco employs about 140 full-time staff along with additional contract personnel for specialized jobs. Thousands of temporary jobs have been created over the years through construction, expansion and ongoing shutdown and maintenance activity.

In an effort to increase qualified candidates from minority groups, we work in conjunction with organizations and educational institutions to encourage individuals to pursue training in trades and technology that would make them competitive for jobs in our industry.
